Enclosure & Shelter Air Conditioning
BBCOND supplies, installs and services Dantherm PrecisionAir closed-loop air conditioners for electrical cabinets, equipment shelters and remote sites within an hour of Denver.
Cooling for the equipment that keeps facilities running
Network switches, batteries, controls and power electronics fail early when they run hot, or when dust, smoke and moisture get inside. Dantherm PrecisionAir units are closed-loop air conditioners that mount on the outside of an enclosure or shelter. They pull warm air from the top of the cabinet, remove the heat, and return cool air to the bottom, without ever mixing outside air with the air around your equipment.
BBCOND sizes, supplies, installs and maintains PrecisionAir systems for commercial and industrial sites across the Front Range, from school districts and hospitals to utility substations, battery storage yards and unmanned remote stations.

Frequently asked questions
-
What is a closed-loop enclosure air conditioner?
It cools the air inside a sealed cabinet or shelter and rejects the heat outside through a separate air path, so outdoor dust, moisture and smoke never reach the equipment.
-
What sizes are available?
PrecisionAir units range from about 2,000 to 28,000 BTU/h, in 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 460 VAC three-phase (select sizes) and 48 VDC versions.
-
Do you work outside the Denver metro?
Our focus is sites within about an hour of Denver, including remote mountain and plains stations. Contact us about locations farther out.
-
Can PrecisionAir units be monitored remotely?
Yes. The optional ACG7 controller offers Ethernet with SNMP v2 or Modbus and a web-based interface.
