I searched online and found BBCOND, the best Air Conditioning company in Brooklyn, NYC. After contacting the sales of the company, Mr. Joe quickly and kindly responded to all my questions for the PTAC. Their quote is reasonable and fair for the newest model they recommended. Their technician, Mr. Zalman and his colleague provided a professional installation. Even thourgh the power cord has an half inch short to plug into the power outlet, Mr. Zalman tried his best to make the connection successfully. He also suggested and sent a link of an extension cord to be purchased for the new PTAC. I highly recommend this company to anyone who want to buy or replace their air conditioning in NYC.

Fantastic experience with Joseph and the team. Joseph did an extensive consultation with me on very short notice to diagnose an issue with my current heat pump, and made a plan to replace it. Extremely extensive, borderline obsessive level of knowledge of these units and their installation as well as the various rebates available. Technician Mendel came to the house the same day and installed a brand new Fujitsu unit within 4 hours and was extremely proficient, friendly, and professional. We were very pleased after meeting with Joseph to get a quote for a new split system. We had a part of the house that was a little hard to access and Joseph came up with the best solution. He handled the rebate and the price was very reasonable. Our master bedroom is on the second floor on the west side of the house and it had been very hot in the summertime. The new system is very quiet and has a timer that we can preset for either heating or cooling. The installers Mendel and Phillip kept the worksite very clean and were very helpful to show us how the system and the remote control work. They also installed a new smart thermostat for us. We highly recommend their company. Thank you again for doing such a great job!
