How should I prepare for the visit?
- Check the windowsill: Rot, damage or peeling paint can prevent the unit from being supported properly. Let us know in advance so we can bring additional support if needed.
- Choose the room and window: A shaded window near a power outlet, centered on a wall rather than in a corner, usually works best.
- Choose the right unit: Make sure the air conditioner is rated for the size of the room. Models with dehumidification improve comfort.
