Self-contained cooling for prefab spaces

Portable classrooms, modular offices and prefab equipment buildings often house network switches, electrical panels and control equipment in small, sealed spaces. Those spaces heat up quickly, and modular construction rarely leaves room for ductwork or split systems.

PrecisionAir units are compact and self-contained, designed for easy installation in indoor and outdoor applications. They mount to the enclosure or wall, need no refrigerant line set, and keep outdoor air away from the equipment. BBCOND works with modular manufacturers, districts and contractors to add equipment cooling on site or at the build stage.
