Keep pumps and telemetry online

Lift stations, booster stations and remote metering sites rely on outdoor control panels that sit in direct sun and harsh weather. When the PLC, radio or drive inside overheats, a station can stop reporting or stop pumping.

PrecisionAir units are sealed against the dust, moisture and corrosive air common at water and wastewater sites, and optional stainless steel housings add durability. BBCOND installs and services cooling for municipalities, special districts and their integrators.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the unit keep hydrogen sulfide and moisture out?

The closed-loop design keeps outside air separate from the enclosure air, which helps protect electronics from moisture and airborne contaminants.

  • Can the controller report to our SCADA system?

Yes. The optional ACG7 controller supports Modbus and SNMP v2 over Ethernet.

  • What if the panel is in a confined or hazardous location?

Tell us about the site classification. We will confirm whether a standard unit is appropriate before quoting.
